From a young age Rosalie (Rose) wanted to cook, and once she started she hasn’t stopped. A career that started in Manila and ended up in Manchester via Brunei and Dubai. Her recipes are inspired by her mother and other chefs, never ceasing in the pursuit of enhancement and perfection. Whilst happily wrapping your burritos or adding the sizzle to your fajitas, Rose is equally as content preparing a Chicken Katsu or rolling a sushi.
